On the afternoon of July 23, the intern orientation ceremony for the APQ & Hohai University "Graduate Joint Training Base" was held in APQ's Conference Room 104. APQ Vice General Manager Chen Yiyou, Hohai University Suzhou Research Institute Minister Ji Min, and 10 students attended the ceremony, which was hosted by APQ Assistant General Manager Wang Meng.
During the ceremony, Wang Meng and Minister Ji Min delivered speeches. Vice General Manager Chen Yiyou and Human Resources and Administration Center Director Fu Huaying provided brief yet profound introductions to the graduate program topics and the "Spark Program."

The "Spark Program" involves APQ establishing the "Spark Academy" as an external training base for graduate students, implementing a "1+3" model aimed at skill development and employment training. The program utilizes enterprise project topics to drive practical experience for students.
In 2021, APQ formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Hohai University and has completed the establishment of the graduate joint training base. APQ will use the "Spark Program" as an opportunity to leverage its role as a practical base for Hohai University, continuously enhancing interaction with universities, and achieving thorough integration and win-win development between industry, academia, and research.
