This project aims to create a platform focused on intelligent maintenance for AGV robots, utilizing real-time monitoring and data collection to assess equipment status, while providing remote maintenance, software control, and hardware control functions to ensure the normal operation of robots. Additionally, the platform enhances system stability by offering bulk remote maintenance options.
The platform uses EMQ's MQTT message broker to handle a large volume of data from AGV robots. By tracking the status of AGV robots in real time and analyzing data, the platform can respond quickly to equipment failures and reduce downtime. Moreover, the platform enhances data transmission security and compliance, ensuring stringent data security and regulatory standards are met.
